Offset Car Detailing Essex and Pyramid Car Care launched a competition to win a winter detailing package. After lots of deliberation over many cool cars the winner being Rene was booked in for his 430 BHP Honda Civic Type R FK2 for a refresh.
The Type R was given a full wash down and decontamination, followed by a single stage paint correction machine polish to the paintwork to remove some minor paint defects.
After a panel wipe down, Pyramid Car Care Premium Ceramic Coating was applied to the paintwork, gloss black trim, PPF (paint protection film), black wrapped areas (centre bonnet and roof skin) and exterior trim. After a two hour curing period the paintwork, PPF, gloss black trim and wrapped areas with Pyramid and ODK Waxe’s Collaboration Ceramic Coating Wax as a top coat.
Rene was also given a fresh pot of the Ceramic Wax to take home with him. Exterior glass was coated with Pyramid Glass Armour, exhaust tips and wheels coated with the Ceramic Wax.
Interior was cleaned and vacuumed throughout with the engine bay and carbon fibre sections dressed. Well done for winning the competition Rene, this is a truly awesome car!
