This metallic black BMW F80 M3 was booked in for a large detail.
A safe wash and decontamination to start things off, preparing the paintwork for a two stage machine polish to remove as many swirl marks, scratches and general paint defects as safely possible.
Kamikaze Collection coatings were applied to the paintwork and carbon fibre protection.
Firstly, a base layer of accredited detailer only Zipang Gold Class coating was laid down followed by a middle layer of Miyabi. Then a third and final layer of Zipang was applied as the top layer. This gives exceptional gloss, adds a substantial thickness layer of protection and excellent hydrophobic properties.
The glass was protected with Kamikaze Collection Intenso. The owner bought along a new set of wheels to be installed. These and the original oem wheels were protected inside out and including calipers with Titan Coatings G238 V2. This is what’s called our wheel and caliper protection package.
The interior was vacuumed, cleaned and sanitised using Sansom Car Care’s Cabin Care product. The engine bay was cleaned then dressed. The Akrapovic exhaust tips were also coated with Titan G238 V2.
