This 2014 Land Rover Defender 90 Urban Track edition was booked in for a pre sale car detail.
After an extensive safe wash and decontamination, to remove heavy dust, dirt and bird mess – a two stage machine polish was carried out to remove etched in bird mess which had burnt into the lacquer and also remove swirl marks and scratches.
The metallic grey paintwork was then protected with Kamikaze Collection Infinity wax adding great gloss and excellent water beading. This is a hybrid wax consisting of 57% carnauba wax and 43% Japanese ceramic coating giving great durability too.
The glass was then polished inside and out with Gtechniq Smart Glass applied. The interior was given a deep clean, vacuumed and sanitised throughout. Onto the engine bay, this was also given a deep clean and dressed with Chemical Guys products.
Finally, the wheel faces were treated with Titan Coatings Ultra V3 with the inner arches dressed and exhaust pipe polished to remove surface rust.
