A returning customer with his rare specced BMW M240i in long beach blue, which is usually seen on the M2’s and a nice contrasting red leather interior was booked in for our two stage machine polish and ceramic coating option.
After our safe wash and decontamination, the paintwork was firstly measured with our paint depth gauge and then machine polished to remove as many swirl marks, scratches and general paint defects as safely possible. Starting with a heavier compound and pad combo to rid the marks, followed up by a finer grade polish and pad combination to create a high gloss and clarity to the metallic blue. Paintwork, trim, glass is panel wiped to rid any polish residue for our ceramic coating to be applied and bond correctly to the surfaces. Ceramic coating of choice was Titan Coatings Zeus and followed by their Ultra V3 top coat, Zeus is an accredited detailer only application.
Onto the glass, this was polished inside and out and then coated with Titan Coatings Hyperglass, which aids the driver in poor road conditions and reduces the need of wiper usage, creating a safer driving experience.
The wheels were coated with Cultured Detailing Graphene coating to minimise road salt, dirt and brake dust, making the wheels an easier cleaning experince.
Finally, the interior was cleaned, vacuumed throughout and sanitised and the engine bay cleaned, then dressed.
