A returning customer with his brand new Volkswagen Up GTI fresh from the dealership with factory wraps still on the vehicle and 17 miles on the clock, this is the best way to start a new car detail. Unprepared by dealership valeters which are guaranteed to put swirl marks and scratches in your brand new paintwork from poor wash and preparation techniques.
The factory wraps and other sticker residue, pen marks from the exterior/interior glass was removed first, then a safe wash and decontamination process carried out followed by a single stage machine polish. Even though this paintwork is still brand new, some dried in bird mess was noticable, this was polished out and the overall appearance of the paintwork was refined for a nice depth and deep glossy finish.
The entire Up GTI was protected with Titan Coatings UK ceramic coating products. The paintwork and exterior trim was coated with accredited detailer only Titan with and Ultra Top coat giving excellent hydrophobic properties and even more gloss. Glass was polished inside and out with Titan’s Hyperglass and Multi combo making driving in poor road conditions a lot easier.
Wheel and caliper protection package – wheels removed, coated inside and out including calipers/drums with Titan G238 heat resistant coating.
The interior was vacuumed throughout and the engine bay cleaned and dressed. All ready for it’s new life on the road with some excellent ceramic coating protection.
